Welcome to Naples, the perfect place for a quick getaway or a relaxing vacation. With over 100 miles of coastline and the Gulf of Mexico as your backyard, this city will not disappoint! Here are 10 things you should do when visiting:

Naples Pier

Visit the Naples Pier

If you visit Naples, Florida, make sure to check out the Naples Pier. It’s a really nice, relaxing walk on the Naples pier. You can take a picture with your favorite fish or just watch them swim by in their natural habitat. The scenery is beautiful so be sure to bring an extra camera!

There are restaurants lining the Naples Pier that serve all kinds of delicious food like seafood platters and burgers plus wine made right here in Florida! There’s even fishing off the Naples Pier, so if you love catching some dinner, then this place is for you.

Explore Marco Island

You can explore Marco Island to find all kinds of cute little shops. There are also lots of beautiful beaches in the area, many with crystal clear water.

This is a great place to visit if you’re looking for something different than what can be found in Naples.

Marco Island offers a slower pace and a quieter atmosphere that many people find relaxing. The beach here isn’t as busy, either, so it’s ideal for those who want their own space while taking in the beautiful natural surroundings.

If you’ve never been before, this might be your chance! It’s worth coming down just to see some of these beaches up close.

Eat at a local restaurant.

There are so many wonderful restaurants in Naples. One of my favorites is the Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar. They have a great seafood selection but also serve up some delicious sandwiches and burgers.

Go shopping at one of Florida’s largest malls – The Shops at Wiregrass.

The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel is your one-stop shopping destination. It’s Florida’s largest mall and has nearly 200 stores – including Banana Republic, Coach, H&M, and Zara. You’ll also find restaurants like Grillsmith, Noble crust, and 900° Woodfired Pizza.

The Baker Museum

Naples is a beach town, and the beach is one of its top attractions. The Gulf Coast has an average temperature of about 73 degrees all year round, so you can enjoy swimming in the ocean from December to September!

The popular beaches include Vanderbilt Beach Park (also known as ‘the keys’), Naples Beaches on Pine Ridge Road – which are some of the best family-friendly ones with plenty of things for kids to do like a playground. You don’t need to travel far north or south to find great beaches; just explore your way around this area’s many different options.

Welcome to Naples Botanical Garden. It’s the largest tropical garden in North America, with a large variety of plants from Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America. This is one place you don’t want to miss when visiting Naples!

In addition to exhibits, there are plenty of spots for picnics or just sitting back and enjoying nature. There are also many benches scattered throughout the gardens that make great places for people to watch.

There are also plenty of things to do while visiting the botanical garden. They offer a variety of classes for children and adults, as well as lectures on gardening topics such as butterfly gardens or propagating plants from cuttings.

Visit Naples Zoo

Discover the amazing animals that call Naples home at this zoo which features a petting area, some walking trails, and more than 200 different species of animal on display! You’ll find lions, gorillas, zebras, and more all in one place – it’s like visiting another country for an afternoon without ever having to leave Florida.

The kids will have a blast here, too, with games available as well as daily programs aimed at teaching them about conservation efforts around the world.
